How can I shop?

If you would like to place an order via our Instagram simply swipe up on our story to purchase the item of your choice! If the item is no longer available, it may have already sold out.

Where can I visit amuze in the US?

All AMUZE products are currently available for purchase on our Instagram, @amuzeinc. We do host pop-ups, so be sure to follow our page and sign up for our newsletter emails for announcements as we plan on visiting all major cities.

What forms of payment does amuze accept?

To provide our customers with flexible payment options, we accept payment in the following forms: All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Affirm.

Can I change my order?

We do our best to process and ship your items out to you as quickly as possible. Please be advised, changes cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to make a change with your order please do so by contacting us via DM on instagram only @amuzeinc. Please keep in mind our approximate response time is 24 hours.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they're placed. Our teams work diligently in processing orders as soon as they are received. Please ensure your order is correct before checking out.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Ship time can take anywhere from approximately 1-10 business days. We do out best to get all items out as fast as possible!

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking via email. Both order and shipping confirmations will be sent to you via email as soon as they become available. Be sure to check your inbox for these notifications. If you have not received these updates, please make sure to check your spam.

Is the customer responsible for import duties and taxes?

Our items primarily ship out of Europe. If you are receiving your item in the USA we cover all the duties. You WILL receive a notification from DHL requesting the payment. You can either forward the email to duty@amuze.com or send us the link via DM @amuzeinc.

If you reside in any other country at this time we do not cover import duties and taxes. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Please note international shipping rates do apply and if shipping outside the USA, duties & taxes are not included. We are unable to provide return labels for international orders at this time.

What is simply insurance and how does it work?

In case an item gets lost or stolen in transit, if you opt-in for the insurance option you'll either get a replacement or a refund depending on availability.
- The insurance is valid unless you authorize the carrier to deliver your package while you are not there.
- If your item is showing delivered and you did not receive it, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery date.
- Should an item get stolen and you deliver to the same address again the insurance is invalid.
- If your address has a mailroom where packages are left by carriers the insurance is invalid.


Do you guarantee authenticity?

We stand behind the authenticity of every product we list and sell. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with authentic designer labels at a discount. All of our items come from authorized sellers only. We do not work with any 3rd party sellers to insure authenticity.



To return an item simply send us a DM @amuzeinc requesting a return label. To expedite the process always include your order number.

What is your return policy?

All orders are returnable for AMUZE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of the delivered date. Insurance and original shipping charges are not included. Items must be sent back in the same condition they were received with all packaging and tags included. If an item is sent back after 14 days, the item will be sent back to you and a $15 reshipping fee will apply.

There's an issue with my order, can amuze help?

We do our very best to ensure your purchase is everything you anticipated. Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can rectify any questions or concerns.

What if I paid via AMUZE CREDIT and i want to return that item?

You can return the item and your refund will be processed back to your AMUZE credit.


An item I wanted sold out! What can I do?

Unfortunately, once an item sells out, it's no longer available. If you are looking for an item in particular, reach out to the Amuze team and we will try our best to source it. Always keep an eye out for restocks.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales taxes will only be charged on orders that are shipped to Maryland. Other states and provinces will not incur any sales tax at this time.

Do all items from Amuze come in the original packaging?

Our items do come in the original packaging. However, in some unique situations, there may be missing items such as a dust bag or heel tips. Handbags only come with the original dust bag. Additionally, once in a while the packaging may not be in perfect condition. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact customer support via DM.
