Returns Policy

All items purchased are returnable for Amuze credit only within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging. 

If you would like to start a return, please DM us @amuzeinc and a prepaid return label will be emailed. Please note that original shipping fees and insurance if opted in will not be included in the credit. 

We do not issue return labels for shipments outside the USA. Please request the return details if needed.  

Duties

If your shipping address is in the USA we cover duties.

When you receive the notification from DHL simply DM us at @amuzeinc the link or forward the email to duty@amuze.com and we'll take care of it.

Shipping

All items ship between 1-10 business days.
