How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive within approximately 3-7 business days. Once your package is handed over to DHL it is usually delivered within 48 hours, and tracking reaches you the moment it is picked up.
Where does my order ship from?
From Italy. We sell directly from the inventory of the European boutiques we work with, so every parcel leaves from there rather than from a warehouse of our own.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is sent to you as soon as the parcel is picked up, and you can also find it in your order details. If the tracking has not moved for a few days, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase it.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an order?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, letting us know the reason. All RTW (Clothing) are FINAL SALE
How do I start a return?
I used the code FINALSALE10. Can I still return?
No. Orders placed with FINALSALE10 are final sale, which is what the discount is in exchange for.
Duties & customs
Will I pay customs or duties on delivery?
For the United States, Canada, Israel and the UAE, the price you see includes all customs and duties, nothing to pay on delivery and no invoice afterwards. For every other destination, import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Which countries have duties included?
The United States, Canada, Israel and the UAE. If you are ordering from anywhere else, your local customs office decides what is owed and collects it on delivery.
Products & authenticity
Are the pieces you sell authentic?
Yes. Every supplier we work with is an authorized seller that buys directly from the brand. That is the entire chain: maison, authorized boutique, you. Nothing passes through resellers or third-party marketplaces, which is why we can guarantee 100% authenticity on every piece we ship.
Where does your inventory come from?
We partner with leading luxury boutiques across Europe and sell directly from their inventory. Their stock comes directly from the maisons.
Why are your prices lower than the boutique?
Because we buy from the boutiques at wholesale and carry none of the cost of a shop: no storefronts, no sales floors, no seasonal display budgets. The saving is structural, not a compromise on the product. Every piece is the same authorized stock you would find in store.
Why is the same item listed at different prices?
Our prices are based on the cost we receive from each boutique. Since the same item may be sourced from different boutiques at different costs, you may see different prices for the same product. A higher price reflects a higher cost from that particular boutique.
Are the pieces new, and what season are they from?
New, and from the current season. We add around 200 new pieces every day, so the selection you see this week is not the one you saw last.
